This recipe for hearty breakfast burritos is intended to be made in a large batch so that individual burritos can be frozen and reheated as needed. Making these in advance and freezing is a big time-saver for busy mornings!


  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup cubed fresh mango
  • ½ cup cubed fresh pineapple
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • ½ teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 sprig fresh chocolate mint, finely chopped


Blend banana, orange juice, mango, pineapple, coconut water, lime juice, mint in a blender until smooth.

Preparation time: 30 mins
Cook time: 24 mins
Total time: 54 mins
Servings: 10 – Yield: 10 burritos
