Simple Flourless Apple Crisp

I made this quick and easy, flourless apple crisp to cut out some carbs. I’ve found that 2 Macintosh and 2 Granny Smith apples work best.

Ingredients:

  • 12 fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 5 bananas, peeled and chopped

Directions:

Place strawberries and bananas in separate containers or resealable plastic bags; freeze at least 2 hours or overnight.

Place strawberries in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.

Place bananas in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.


Preparation time: 20 mins
Cook time: 35 mins
Total time: 1 hr 40 mins
Servings: 4 – Yield: 4 servings
