Whole wheat bread with no added sugar, low salt and low fat too!
Ingredients:
- 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
- 1 cup skim milk, luke warm
- 2 tablespoons warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ¼ cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select lightest setting; press Start.

Cook time: 1 hr
Total time: 1 hr 15 mins
Servings: 15 – Yield: 1 – 1 1/2 pound loaf
