This is a easy but healthy smoothie that anyone can make. A little tang and a dash of sweet combine to make an excellent smoothie!

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup 2% milk
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ½ mango – peeled, seeded, and cut into chunks
  • ½ fresh peach – peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 2 strawberries

Directions:

Blend milk, orange juice, mango, peach, pineapple, and strawberries together in a blender until smooth.
