This is a easy but healthy smoothie that anyone can make. A little tang and a dash of sweet combine to make an excellent smoothie!
Ingredients:
- ½ cup 2% milk
- ½ cup orange juice
- ½ mango – peeled, seeded, and cut into chunks
- ½ fresh peach – peeled, pitted, and sliced
- ¼ cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 2 strawberries
Directions:
Blend milk, orange juice, mango, peach, pineapple, and strawberries together in a blender until smooth.
