Cherry crunch cake is a simple, delicious cake. Great for birthdays. Serve hot with vanilla ice cream on top.

Ingredients:

  • 12 fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 5 bananas, peeled and chopped

Directions:

Place strawberries and bananas in separate containers or resealable plastic bags; freeze at least 2 hours or overnight.

Place strawberries in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.

Place bananas in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.

Cook time: 30 mins
Total time: 40 mins
Servings: 10 – Yield: 1 9×12-inch glass dish
