Quick and delicious smoothie that can be used as a breakfast or snack!

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana, sliced
  • ½ avocado, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup fresh spinach
  • ½ cup 1% milk
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

Blend banana, avocado, spinach, milk, ice cubes, honey, and vanilla extract together in a blender until smooth.
